Mission
  • To lead the supply chain operations that not only meet today's demands but also anticipate future challenges in logistics and sustainability.
  • To ensure the seamless delivery of innovative self-service solutions that enhance customer experience and promote environmental responsibility.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement.
  • Strong expertise in international logistics and customs management.
  • Proven track record in cost optimization and efficient supply planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the procurement of components and logistics of finished parcel lockers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply across Europe and Asia.
  • Implement and maintain a stable supply planning system that optimizes efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage international transport and customs processes to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Develop cost optimization strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, project delivery, and finance to align objectives and achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze supply chain data to drive decision-making and enhance performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.
