We are seeking an experienced O2C SAP SD Architect to design, optimize, and enhance SAP SD module and related Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This senior role involves leading the architectural vision, collaborating with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic business needs, and driving significant efficiency improvements across the O2C landscape.

O2C SAP SD Consultant / Analyst

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business processes; gather, document, and design functional and technical requirements for SAP O2C enhancements.
  • Configure SAP SD solutions for Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
  • Provide expert support for SAP SD/O2C issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Actively participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, rollouts, and upgrades (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA).
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, WM) and non-SAP systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the O2C cycle.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years as an SAP Functional Consultant/Business Analyst with deep focus on SAP SD and O2C.
  • Proven hands-on SAP SD configuration and support (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA preferred) and at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of core SAP SD functionalities.
  • Strong practical experience in SAP interface technology (EDI, IDocs, APIs).
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g.TIBCO) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the regulated industries, with strong understanding of GxP processes and compliance.
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging is a plus.
  • SAP certifications in SD or O2C are a plus.
