Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP MM/SD Business Analyst
to support and enhance SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA environments. The role focuses on key business cycles —
Forecast-to-Stock, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
— and requires strong functional expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM/PP modules and related systems.
  • Analyze, document, and improve business processes and best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with developers.
  • Prepare and execute test plans for new or updated functionality.
  • Create training materials and process documentation.
  • Provide user support, resolve Service Desk incidents, and communicate system changes.
  • Work closely with divisional management to align functional direction and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and SLAs.
  • Participate in business initiatives and project activities using project management methodology.
  • Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and SMEs.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources, reconcile differences, and clarify true business needs.
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed requirements and summarize complex details for decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

Functional & Technical:

  • Strong experience in
    SAP MM/SD/PP
    in both
    ECC6
    and
    S/4HANA
    .
  • Solid understanding of F2S, P2P, and O2C processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and capabilities.
  • Ability to balance usability, performance, and technical constraints.

Professional:

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to clearly present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Good understanding of project management lifecycle.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Business, or related field)
    or
    5–7 years relevant experience.
  • 3–7 years of business experience in relevant functional areas.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience.
  • SAP/technical certifications are a plus.

Additional Competencies:

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret operational procedures and technical documentation.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to produce clear user and support documentation.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to calculate basic percentages, proportions, and perform simple geometry.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.

Other Requirements:

  • Compliance with global IT policies, security directives, and SLA standards.
  • Maintain proper system access and security.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
