Opis projektu: Inteligentny asystent AI – to aktywny, inteligentny asystent wiedzy dla instytucji finansowych. Przekształca rozproszone repozytoria dokumentów, wybrane strony www czy bazy danych w jedną, semantyczną bazę, którą system skanuje, odczytuje i indeksuje. Dzięki temu pracownik nie przeszukuje tysięcy plików – zadaje pytanie w języku naturalnym, a Asystent AI natychmiast podaje precyzyjną odpowiedź wraz ze źródłem.

W związku ze strategią Ailleron ukierunkowaną na rozwój produktów AI poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko AI Product Ownera.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:
  • Definiowanie wizji oraz roadmapy produktów AI dla klientów bankowych, w oparciu o strategię biznesową, potrzeby użytkowników i regulacyjne otoczenie sektora finansowego.
  • Prowadzenie discovery z interesariuszami po stronie banku (biznes, IT, ryzyko, compliance) oraz przekuwanie ich potrzeb na konkretne usecase'y AI.
  • Zarządzanie backlogiem produktu: priorytetyzacja epików i userstories, doprecyzowanie wymagań, praca z zespołami AI/ML, architektury i developmentu.
  • Definiowanie KPI biznesowych i operacyjnych dla rozwiązań AI w banku (np. skrócenie czasu procesu, redukcja kosztu operacji, poprawa NPS, wzrost konwersji) oraz monitorowanie efektów.
  • Koordynacja prac wdrożeniowych po stronie klienta enterprise: współpraca z IT banku, bezpieczeństwem, architekturą, zgodnością (compliance), aby rozwiązania AI spełniały wymagania regulacyjne i bezpieczeństwa.
  • Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie prezentacji, warsztatów i demo dla kadry zarządzającej banku, tłumaczących wartość biznesową i ograniczenia rozwiązań AI.
  • Współpraca z zespołami sprzedaży i presales przy przygotowaniu ofert, koncepcji i PoC dla nowych oraz istniejących klientów bankowych.
Wymagania:
  • Doświadczenie jako Product Owner/ Product Manager w środowisku technologicznym(mocno preferowane projekty dla banków/instytucji finansowych).
  • Umiejętność proponowania i wdrażania pomysłów w zakresie wykorzystania AI w sektorze finansowym.
  • Znajomość aktualnych trendów GenAI/LLM.
  • Praktyczne rozumienie rozwiązań AI/ML (w tym modeli predykcyjnych i/lub LLM), ich cyklu życia oraz ograniczeń w środowisku regulowanym.
  • Umiejętność pracy z danymi (jakość, PII, metryki modeli) oraz współpracy z zespołami ML, IT i architektury przy integracji rozwiązań AI z systemami bankowymi (API, batch/real-time).
  • Podstawowa orientacja w Pythonie i ekosystemie narzędzi ML.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku polskim i angielskim – swoboda w rozmowach z kadrą menedżerską i zespołami technicznymi.
