IN-STORE MARKETING INTERN

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our In-Store Marketing Intern, you are responsible for retail activation, merchandising, logistics.

You will support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and merchandising projects across top beauty retailers in Central and Eastern Europe. This hands-on role blends operational coordination with creative marketing exposure.

Your main focus:

  • Support the implementation of POS materials and promotional campaigns in stores
  • Assist with cosmetic shelf updates – from planning to execution and reporting
  • Coordinate shipments from central warehouses to stores and merchandising agencies
  • Prepare operational materials and project summaries with the team
  • Monitor field execution and analyze reports from store visits

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to organize, collaborate, and bring ideas to life in retail spaces. As an In-Store Marketing Intern, you take ownership of your tasks, work proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Other than that, you:

  • Have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (basic formulas, reports, summaries)
  • Are fluent in Polish and comfortable communicating across teams
  • Are interested in trade marketing, merchandising, and project coordination
  • Are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Are available to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
