Dla naszego klienta – polskiej firmy z sektora odnawialnych źródeł energii, specjalizującej się w projektowaniu i budowie małych i dużych farm fotowoltaicznych – poszukujemy doświadczonej i przedsiębiorczej osoby, która obejmie kluczową rolę w rozwoju sprzedaży międzynarodowej oraz budowie struktur firmy poza granicami Polski.

Firma dynamicznie rozwija swoją działalność w Europie, a pierwszym etapem współpracy będzie wsparcie przy uruchomieniu nowego oddziału operacyjnego na Cyprze.

Stanowisko:

Country Manager ds. Sprzedaży – Rozwój Rynków Europejskich ( branża OZE )

Lokalizacja: Cypr (pierwsze 2–3 miesiące), następnie praca mobilna (Polska + inne kraje Europy)

Branża: Odnawialne Źródła Energii (OZE) – farmy fotowoltaiczne

Forma współpracy: Kontrakt B2B

Zakres obowiązków:

- Aktywne pozyskiwanie klientów B2B zainteresowanych budową farm PV

- Rozwój sprzedaży i relacji biznesowych w Polsce oraz na wybranych rynkach europejskich

- Obsługa leadów sprzedażowych i prowadzenie spotkań z klientami

- Współtworzenie nowego oddziału firmy na Cyprze (pierwszy etap pracy)

- Po okresie wdrożeniowym – rozwój działalności również na rynkach takich jak: Hiszpania, Włochy, Niemcy

- Reprezentowanie firmy na wydarzeniach branżowych i przy tworzeniu strategii ekspansji

Wymagania:

- Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży w branży odnawialnych źródeł energii (OZE)

- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2

- Samodzielność, przedsiębiorczość i orientacja na wyniki

- Prawo jazdy kat. B

- Gotowość do pracy mobilnej – zarówno w Polsce, jak i w wybranych krajach Europy
