We're hiring students for junior finance roles – Accounts Payable

(no experience needed – we'll teach you everything from scratch)

Looking to break into finance and work directly with US-based clients? We've got a junior opening in our 
Accounts Payable
 team.

Experience isn't required. If you've touched finance before – great. If not, we'll walk you through everything step by step.

What do we need from you?

Solid English – you'll be emailing and calling US vendors and clients regularly.

 Ability to stay organized and comfortable working with a larger workload at times – AP can get busy, so keeping things under control is key

 Good working knowledge of Excel – nothing fancy, but you should feel confident navigating spreadsheets and handling basic functions

What will you be doing?

Processing incoming vendor invoices

Verifying invoice accuracy (rates, dates, supporting docs, PODs, etc.)

Matching invoices with internal data and resolving discrepancies

Preparing payments and making sure everything's approved and documented

Updating records and keeping the AP system clean and up to date

Communicating with vendors and carriers to clarify missing or incorrect details

Monitoring deadlines so payments go out on time
