Monitoring and Event Management Specialist
, który dołączy do zespołu ITOM i będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój oraz utrzymanie ekosystemu
ServiceNow IT Operations Management
(CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości danych i zgodności z procesami ITIL
  • Obsługa i rozwój
    ServiceNow Discovery
    oraz
    Service Mapping
  • Integracja narzędzi monitoringu infrastruktury (np.
    SolarWinds
    ,
    Zabbix
    ) z ServiceNow
  • Tworzenie dashboardów, KPI i raportów dla zespołów IT
  • Współpraca z zespołami infrastruktury (Network, Server, Cloud, Applications)
  • Ciągłe doskonalenie procesów monitoringu i zarządzania zdarzeniami

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z
    ServiceNow ITOM
    (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • Znajomość integracji narzędzi monitoringu infrastruktury (SolarWinds, Zabbix lub podobnych)
  • Zrozumienie procesów
    ITIL
    (Configuration, Event, Incident Management)
  • Ogólna wiedza o technologiach infrastrukturalnych (serwery, sieci, chmura)
  • Komunikatywny język angielski
