We are looking for a strong and proactive leader to oversee the operations of our network of six studios. This role is ideal for an independent, responsible, and process-oriented manager who knows how to achieve results and build an effective team culture.

Work Format

  • Flexible schedule — generally 5/2, ~8 hours per day
  • Remote work is possible, with business trips to the studios
  • Core studio operating hours:
    11:00–20:00
    (may vary by season)

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial oversight and control
  • Team management and coordination
  • Improving service quality and client experience
  • Initiating promotions, bonus programs, and new ideas to attract clients
  • Analyzing performance metrics and operational dynamics
  • Onboarding, training, and supporting new employees
  • Building a strong service culture and a positive team environment
  • Generating ideas to strengthen client loyalty and brand recognition

Requirements

  • Management experience leading a team of 5+ people (preferred)
  • Understanding of financial processes, cash discipline, and basic business metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems or readiness to learn quickly
  • Strong reporting skills and confidence working with numbers
