Description
GCP Migration project with terrabites of data. Cloud architecture design and implementation using BigQuery, Vertex, Apigee and other GCP services.

Requirements
At least 3 years of hands on experience with GCP and preferably PCA certified.

Must have Experience with migration of systems between AWS and GCP, or between other cloud vendors.

Good understanding of microservices architecture, their deployment and scaling.

Good understanding of load balancing, API gateway, service mesh like Istio etc

Configure and manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, IAM, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Pub/Sub.

Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) including management & deployment of services.

Good understanding of GCP database and integration services like Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, Dataflow or similar tools

Design, develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager etc

Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Cloud Build, Gitlab and other automation tools.

Development experience with Java and/or python

Experience with DevOps concepts, tools and best practices

Good understanding of cloud security concepts

Good understanding of cloud networking concepts

Job responsibilities

Support and manage large scale solutions on Google Cloud.

Specify, create or evaluate, deploy, and maintain build automation systems.

Automate systems working with high performance computing clusters

Design Cloud Migration solutions, create blueprints and create implementation plan

Design networking for solution on Cloud Platforms, supervise implementation

Design DevOps solutions, pipeline and automate the implementation

Design performance and availability monitoring, supervise implementation

Design security solution, supervise implementation

Communicate to the Client representatives regarding technical subjects
