This job opening is fully remote, hover the client requires ability to work in Polish & San Francisco time zone (afternoon & evening meetings are a prerequisite for cooperation with users in the laboratory - 3 times a week 1-2 hours of meetings in 17-22 CET)Must Have Biology/Biotechnology KnowledgeYou will be successful in this role if:Cloning, PCRSequencing and alignmentProtein purification (SEC, Affinity chromatography, other)Protein analysis: SDS page and gel analysis tools, protein activity assays, concentration measurement, mass spectrometry, biacoreAntibody discovery platforms (phage display, hybridoma, cell cloning)FACS, ELISACellular assays Nice to have technical skills:Experience in using SwaggerDeep awareness of the Software Development Life CycleUnderstanding of feature flags and environment staging Nice to have Business analysis tools:Create User Stories, User Journeys, User Story Mapping, Domain Driven Design workshops, Design Thinking and numerous prioritization techniques (MoSCoW etc.)Operate on agile tools like JiraAwareness of the agile best practices in backlog management.Create diagrams to illustrate the workflows and system dependencies in LucidChart or LucidSparkReadiness to facilitate Sprint Review, Sprint Planning and Refinement meetings for the team. When necessary, refinements are conducted across projects.
