Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Warsaw for the role of a Freight Forwarder. The Freight Forwarder will coordinate freight shipments, manage logistics operations, communicate with clients and carriers, and monitor the timely delivery of goods. The role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and resolving transportation-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics management, shipping coordination, or the freight forwarding industry
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in international shipping documentation and compliance regulations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) and strong computer literacy, including familiarity with logistics software
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
