Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Forwarder - Road based in Warsaw, with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include managing and organizing road freight logistics, coordinating with clients and transporters, managing export processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and regulatory requirements, identifying cost-effective transport solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Export processes
  • Proficiency in Forwarding and related logistics operations
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with EU, CIS, Central Asia, and Middle East transport networks is a strong asset
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or project transport is advantageous
