The Role and Your Impact
As a
Senior
Transport Specialist
, you'll play a key role in shaping and managing our transport logistics and supply chain operations. You'll work cross-functionally to drive cost efficiency, streamline operations, and ensure we deliver on time, every time.

Transport and Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate and monitor freight transport operations, including multimodal import/export shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery via road, sea, and air.
• Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance processes — prepare export/import documentation, liaise with customs brokers and regulatory authorities, and ensure compliance with cross-border trade regulations and duties.
• Develop and implement transport and supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Align transportation strategies with overall supply chain objectives by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Vendor and Carrier Coordination

• Negotiate and manage long-term contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate and improve vendor and carrier performance.
• Proactively resolve logistics issues including cross-border challenges, supply chain disruptions, and risk scenarios.
• Build strategic partnerships with logistics providers to enhance capacity planning and delivery reliability.

Documentation and Planning

• Oversee accurate and compliant documentation, including freight bills, manifests, and customs records.
• Prepare high-level transport performance and cost efficiency reports for senior leadership.
• Lead transport forecasting aligned with business growth and demand trends.
• Implement best practices in document handling and regulatory compliance.

You'll Fit Great With These Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in transport logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and experience using JIRA and Notion.
• Solid understanding of import/export and customs regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and accurate approach to work.
• Strong decision-making skills and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.

Language & Location

• Fluent in both English and Polish.
