Your Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and proactively offer our service packages
- Identify new opportunities and potential for further business development
- Recognizing and evaluating relevant market trends and their impact on Alpitronic
- Organize and conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses
- You analyze and evaluate the services and sales strategies of our competitors
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Completed training or studies in business administration
- Many years of experience in after sales service in an international enviornment
- Experience in customer management
- High level of independent initiative
- Customer orientation and presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English and Polish languages skills
