Hello,

We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

People More has been in existence for over 3 years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

IT Sales and Business Development Manager.
Your Duties Will Include

  • Drive Business Growth – Identify and connect with new clients to expand our IT services portfolio.
  • Shape Strategy – Play a key role in defining and refining our business development approach.
  • Client Engagement – Lead meetings with clients, showcasing People More's solutions and capabilities.
  • Create Winning Proposals – Prepare tailored offers and negotiate contracts that deliver value for both sides.
  • Boost Our Brand – Collaborate on marketing content that highlights our expertise and strengthens our presence.
  • Be Our Ambassador – Represent People More at conferences and industry events. Love the spotlight? We'll give you the stage

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • Experience of selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment
  • Polish and English proficiency (C1 preferred).
  • Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Open, positive and client-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of global business
  • Experience in dealing with client facing commercial related topics like business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations etc. especially in Software House
  • Willingness to travel
