Responsibilities:
  • collaborate with the team to create and execute a sales strategy for your assigned client portfolio,
  • proactively reach out to potential customers (via phone and email) to schedule meetings and present tailored solutions,
  • analyze client business needs and offer the most suitable sales recommendations,
  • build long-term relationships and develop sales opportunities within your portfolio,
  • work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall success.
Requirements:
  • fluent Japanese (N1 level) and good command of English,
  • at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales — from prospecting to deal closing,
  • strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles,
  • excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure,
  • open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment,
  • willingness to work evening and night shifts (US market).
