Business Development Representative with Japanese/German

Responsibilities:
- collaborate with the team to create and execute a sales strategy for your assigned client portfolio,
- proactively reach out to potential customers (via phone and email) to schedule meetings and present tailored solutions,
- analyze client business needs and offer the most suitable sales recommendations,
- build long-term relationships and develop sales opportunities within your portfolio,
- work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall success.
Requirements:
- fluent Japanese (N1 level) or German (C1) and good command of English,
- at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales — from prospecting to deal closing,
- strong ability to engage with senior decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles,
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure,
- open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment,
- willingness to work evening and night shifts (US market).
