Why You'll Love This Role
The International People Operations Analyst plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across Cribl's international locations. Based in Poland, this position supports People Operations across Cribl's EMEA (Poland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain) and APAC (UAE, Singapore, Australia) regions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, International People Operations, you'll be the go-to expert for day-to-day HR operations outside North America, helping ensure that our international teams enjoy a seamless, compliant, and consistent experience. From managing employee lifecycle to benefits & leave administration, process optimization, and vendor coordination, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how Cribl supports its people across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that's perfect for someone who knows Polish employment practices inside out, has prior experience of managing HR operations in other European countries and is eager to deepen their experience across other EMEA and APAC markets. You'll be instrumental in building and refining our international HR processes — the ideal challenge for someone who learns by doing and thrives in an environment where every day brings a new opportunity to improve and innovate.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
- Support the day-to-day delivery of People Operations activities across EMEA and APAC.
- Administer the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contract and documentation management, and benefits administration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries from employees outside North America, providing timely and accurate support.
- Maintain accurate employee records across all People systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate and liaise with our global People Ops Team (based in the U.S.) to ensure global programs are embedded effectively in local markets, and local regulatory or cultural requirements are reflected in global processes.
- Monitor and track local compliance areas such as right-to-work checks, probationary periods, and leave of absence processes.
- Partner with our international benefits broker (MMB) and local vendors to administer and maintain benefits programs.
- Support key People Operations projects such as new entity launches, EOR processes administration, and policy design for benefits and leave.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure seamless operational delivery across regions.
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation of People Operations processes for each supported country.
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You've Got It - We Want It
- 3–5 years of People Operations experience, with 2+ years focused on international HR support (ideally in one or more of Cribl's existing markets outside of Poland).
- Strong understanding of Polish employment law and HR operations.
- Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple regions and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and compliance.
- Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience a plus), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack and Jira.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different countries and time zones.
- Proven ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or EoRs is an advantage.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently in a distributed global team.
