Primary Responsibilities: 

Updates all digital content (including images, copy, PDFs, videos, etc.) for local, regional or global websites on a variety of content delivery platforms.Reviews, monitors, and verifies site content. Partners with Quality Assurance teams to assess readiness of launches. Corrects content identified through approved issue tracking systems.Ensures content delivery dates in accordance with published calendars.Assists in design and development of web templates, cartridges and pages utilizing current content management systems.Utilizes content request system to retrieve job requests from stakeholders, Project Managers, or outside agencies.Enables effective operationalization and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions after they are developed.Support ongoing channel operations support for web, mobile, physical presence, etc.Supporting operations and maintenance of Digital-owned channels and channels where Digital is the strategic partnerIdentifying product issues for appropriate resolution or escalation as part of ongoing iteration work

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:​​​​​​​

Strong knowledge of digital area, personal interest in web, mobile etc.Experience and knowledge in CMS systems and related technologiesSEO and SEM knowledge Experience in working with creative agencies Excellent communication & presentation skillsAbility to work under time pressure and be well organizedResult and performance oriented personFluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; any additional European language is an advantage
