As an English-speaking Business Development Representative working evening shifts (16:00-24:00 CET/CEST) for the US market in Cracow, Poland, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

During a Typical Day, You'll
- Work in a team and develop a sales strategy for the assigned portfolio.
- For outbound leads: outreach prospects from your portfolio via phone and email to schedule appointments for consultations and further steps.
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and create a good opportunity with accounts assigned to your portfolio.
- Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their needs.
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being a part of a larger Sales Team.
What You Bring to the Role
- Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in English (C1+ level).
- 1+ years of proven experience in sales, including prospecting, account development, and closing deals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage high-level decision makers and manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
- Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to quickly adapt and refine your sales approach
- Strong goal orientation and motivation to meet or exceed performance targets
- Ability to work in evening/night shift

You'll report to the Team Lead. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
