We are seeking an experienced
GL Specialist – Statutory Reporting & Tax (m/f/d)
to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute significantly to our financial operations and reporting processes.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating audits and working closely with external advisors and institutions
• Preparing tax declarations and analyzing CIT, VAT, and TP positions
• Supporting tax planning and process optimization
• Participating in international projects and system implementations
• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Accounting, Tax, Operations)
• Handling respective compliance and reporting matters
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with local regulations

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we need you to:

• Have Minimum 2 years of General Ledger experience required (former experience with US GAAP)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA/ SKWP courses
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English (B2 level); Spanish or Italian or French would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of SAP ERP
• Have advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel expertise
• Demonstrate ability to work on and own initiatives
• Have organizational skills, be open-minded and receptive to change
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
• Be self-reliance and ability to escalate appropriately
