Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

Product Group: Disinfection

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and support the development and improvement of solutions in the disinfection area.

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Modifying and improving Arjo products and solutions in line with implementation project goalsBuilding prototypes and testing new solutions in the labPreparing technical documentation - technical drawingsSolving product-related quality issuesPreparing engineering changes for implementationParticipating in projects aimed at optimizing products and manufacturing processesWorking daily in SolidWorks (2D and 3D), PDM, Advantum

Skills and experience you will need in this role:

A degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline)At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing companyKnowledge of mechanics, materials engineering, and basic hydraulicsAbility to create technical documentation and design in a 3D environment (SolidWorks preferred)Fluency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)Fluency in Polish, both spoken and writtenHigh level of motivation and energy to take initiativeStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily 

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of electronics
