Supply Chain Intern – Customer Service (Post-Sales)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Supply Chain Intern, you are responsible for order management, delivery coordination, customer support.

You will support the Customer Service team in managing post-sales operations for Polish customers, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution across internal teams.

Your main focus:

  • Process incoming customer orders in SAP
  • Verify product codes and assess availability
  • Create deliveries for warehouse processing
  • Coordinate with transport and supply planning teams
  • Support resolution of delivery delays and customer queries

You will work closely with departments such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transport, and Warehouse. All your colleagues are collaborative, detail-oriented, and supportive. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work with data, solve problems, and communicate clearly. As a motivated intern, you take ownership of your tasks and thrive in a structured, collaborative setting. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Are a student or recent graduate
  • Have strong attention to detail and data orientation
  • Are fluent in Polish and have at least an intermediate level of English
  • Have good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
