What you will do:

• Mostly, you'll be responsible for the creation of clear, consistent and up-to-date brand principles to constantly improve the brand's visual language

• Design within constraints, including client branding guidelines and strict rules, using your creativity to find innovative solutions

• Deliverables should be on-brand, align with client standards, cover design challenges, define corner cases, and establish best practices

• Write clear, understandable principles, guidelines and instructions for various stakeholders

• Find quick solutions on how to present ideas/concepts to the client on short notice demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Regularly meet with clients to gather information, and present projects

• Collaborate with a diverse team including copywriters, branding specialist, or project managers
  

We look forward to working together if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in designing and working with brand manuals

• You enjoy the research, analysis, and technical side of a design project

• You have a keen eye for detail

• You have a proven track record of versatile design projects

• You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• You are independent, open-minded, and organized

• You are fluent in English (B2-C1 level)

Even better if:

• You have experience in creative campaigns

• You can understand the business perspective

• You have knowledge of UX/UI

• You have some knowledge in creating animations

• Ideally you have already worked with international clients and within a team
