Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) – Łódź, Poland

We're looking for someone to join our Customer Service team and take it to the next level. Not in a boring call center, but in a fast-growing international company where real conversations matter. Where every day, we work with partners across Europe to help people create more outdoor joy.

This is about building strong relationships – with partners, colleagues, and everyone who plays a role in making our beautiful products reach happy customers. From handling orders to making sure deliveries run like clockwork, you're the link that keeps things smooth and professional.

Your day-to-day:

  • You process orders from our partners via phone, email, and our online system
  • You keep in touch with customers across Poland – warm leads, no cold calls
  • You handle questions and service requests like a pro
  • You coordinate with our team in Artern, Germany to make sure deliveries go right
  • You are not afraid to handle complaints
  • You travel to Germany for a two-week onboarding – your launchpad to success

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone with experience in customer service (preferably B2B)
  • You speak fluent English – German is a big plus
  • You're sharp, organized, and solution-oriented
  • You enjoy talking to people and you listen just as well
  • You're confident, calm, and flexible – even when things get hectic
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bonus: You've worked with CRM or order systems before
