In this position, you will support the Sales Directors in operative & strategic planning, scheduling and organization of any sales activities and events.

Support for sales management in day-to-day operationsTravel planning including booking of flights, hotel and rental carOrganization of customer visitsOrganization of sales meetingsParticipation in the planning of fairs, symposia and customer eventsCustomer supportCoordination of deliveries in Central and Eastern Europe Cooperation with the accounting department at the headquarters in Germany and a Polish accounting firm

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

Commercial vocational training or university degree.  For example: industrial clerk, business administrator, economics , logistics specialistRelevant professional experience as an assistantExcellent communication, organisation and analysis skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent language skills in English and native Polish
