About the Role:

  • Assist in document handling, reception from carriers, and organization for import/export processes under Polish/EU regs (e.g., Union Customs Code).
  • Support compliance, data security (GDPR), and timely document flows to customs offices; may involve company vehicle travel.
  • Learn on the job with tools like Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for basic automation.
  • Maintain office order, adhere to confidentiality, and build customs knowledge through training.
  • Accountable for KPIs like 98% document accuracy, 95% timely support, and 100% compliance adherence.
  • Foster a safe, organized work environment while executing supervisor tasks.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, with basic Polish proficiency (English a plus).
