Zadania:

  • Opracowanie i wdrażanie strategii CRM & Loyalty
  • Rozwój narzędzi CRM/MA oraz customer journey
  • Projektowanie inicjatyw zwiększających CLV, retencję i ograniczających churn
  • Zarządzanie KPI oraz procesem testowania (A/B, journey analytics)
  • Wykorzystanie CDP do segmentacji i automatyzacji komunikacji omnichannel
  • Zarządzanie zespołem CRM/MA i współpraca z marketingiem i e-commerce

Wymagania:

  • min.5 lat doświadczenia w CRM & Loyalty (mile widziane e-commerce/retail/beauty/zdrowie)
  • Udokumentowane wdrożenia strategii lojalnościowych
  • Znajomość CRM, MA i narzędzi analitycznych (GA, Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i pracy z interesariuszami
  • Myślenie analityczne i biznesowe
