As an ERP Operations Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, secure and cost-effective operation of Finance ERP and related systems, the continuous improvement of the ERP landscape and the migration from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead projects in the Technical and SAP Basis environment to develop customized solutions as part of the transformation of our systems to S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Services
  • Manage, optimize, and monitor our SAP application landscape and business processes, ensuring smooth integration with the corresponding surrounding systems
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of external and internal service providers
  • Ensure the operation of the ERP systems, associated Finance applications and integration platforms, including the analysis of error messages and the execution of requirements and process analyses
  • Design tailored solutions within the scope of the functional and technological transformation with the introduction of S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Services. Advise our internal corporate partners up to management level as a recognized subject matter expert, focusing on unified design guidelines and user experience
  • Design scalable and secure integration scenarios to connect IT systems and software products within our application landscape
  • Responsible for the design, development, and performance of our interfaces and data architectures throughout their entire lifecycle

WHAT DO YOU NEED
:

  • 8+ years of project experience as an SAP Operations Manager or SAP Basis Consultant with solid expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA and ECC), Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Fiori, and SAP BTP
  • Extensive project management experience in global innovation, migration, and implementation, preferably with template-based implementations
  • Experience in managing and coordinating the activities of external and internal service providers
  • Solid technical knowledge of the architecture of a heterogeneous SAP environment: S/4HANA, Fiori, and their hybrid application scenarios, as well as experience with BTP and CPI
  • Above-average commitment, a systematic and analytical work style, and a quick understanding of complex tasks
  • Thinking outside the box
  • Self-confidence and a combine decisiveness with a strong solution-oriented mindset

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in technical and functional monitoring of SAP Solution Manager
  • German language
