Twój zakres obowiązków*

  • współtworzenie agencji celnej i rozwój zespołu celnego
  • samodzielność w planowaniu odpraw celnych
  • przygotowywanie zgłoszeń eksportowych/importowych w transporcie morskim/lotniczym/kolejowym
  • weryfikacja i wdrażanie krajowych procedur celnych we współpracy z zespołem Global Mainfreight (kraje UE i spoza UE)
  • zarządzanie zgodnością z przepisami celnymi i handlowymi w firmie, zapewniając zrozumienie wszystkich globalnych przepisów
  • doradztwo merytoryczne dla klientów
  • inicjowanie działań podnoszących efektywność obsługi i realizacji kontraktów

  • doświadczenie w organizacji odpraw celnych w transporcie lotniczym/morskim/kolejowym
  • znajomość polskich i unijnych przepisów celnych
  • znajomość operacji eksportowych/importowych
  • znajomość klasyfikacji produktów, kodów HS dla grup produktów
  • współpraca z organami celnymi i prowadzenie procesów/zapytań
  • otwartość i zaangażowanie do pracy zespołowej
  • dobra komunikacja w języku angielskim, minimum na poziomie B2
