Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our ERAMA application team. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while actively contributing to development efforts in our evolving BizDevOps environment.

This position requires someone who can balance architectural oversight with hands-on development, possesses non-negotiable Pega UI Constellation expertise, and embraces a flexible mindset to help mature our BizDevOps practices.

Key Requirements
Technical Expertise
Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
Strong Pega UI Constellation expertise is mandatory - must demonstrate practical implementation experience
Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
Experience with Pega 8.x platform and Cloud environments
Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)

Responsibilities
Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements
Perform thorough code reviews for SSAs and SAs to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Actively develop features and contribute to the codebase (hands-on coding is expected)
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to the development team
Support the team's BizDevOps maturity journeyMindset & Working Style

Hands-on developer who enjoys coding, not just architectural oversight
Flexible approach to tackle various tasks beyond traditional LSA responsibilities
Ability to work in a BizDevOps setting and help mature the team's practices
Collaborative team player who can mentor other developers
Problem-solving attitude with strong communication skills


Previous experience as LSA in at least one full Pega implementation project
Demonstrated experience with Pega UI Constellation implementations
Financial services industry experience preferred
Experience with agile development methodologies
