Our client is seeking an experienced Data Center Logistics Manager to lead and manage all logistics, materials handling, and supply chain coordination for large scale, mission critical data center projects in Warsaw. The role is responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of materials, equipment, and vendor packages across all construction phases, from early works through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and control end to end logistics operations for data center construction projects.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies covering material flow, storage, laydown areas, and site access.
  • Coordinate deliveries across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, commissioning, and vendor scopes.
  • Interface closely with procurement, construction, project controls, and contractors to align delivery schedules with the master programme.
  • Manage vendor and supplier logistics, including long lead and high value equipment.
  • Oversee customs, import/export, and regulatory compliance where applicable.
  • Monitor logistics performance, identify risks and constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Control site logistics resources, including handling equipment, temporary facilities, and manpower.
  • Establish and enforce logistics procedures, safety standards, and site rules.
  • Track logistics KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior project stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning and handover by ensuring just in time delivery and removal of temporary logistics infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10–15 years
    of overall construction or project logistics experience.
  • At least
    5–7
    years

of direct experience on data center or mission critical projects (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of data center construction workflows, including MEP, power, cooling, and equipment delivery sequencing.
- Experience managing logistics for fast track and large scale construction projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate with international suppliers, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work on site in Warsaw, Poland.
- Eligible to work in Poland / EU (no visa sponsorship provided).
