About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP Finance Project Manager
to lead and deliver critical finance transformation projects within our dynamic FMCG organization. This role will be pivotal in driving SAP Finance implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end SAP Finance projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices within SAP Finance processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP Finance implementations (S/4HANA experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes within FMCG or similar industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; Polish language skills are needed.
