People Services Specialist with French

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Resolving queries requiring HR knowledge and policy interpretation within defined processes.
  • Executing independently process and system tasks within Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding, Validated Learning, Front Office topics.
  • Regular interaction with employees and managers for process-related queries.
  • Handling escalations and explains policies to managers.
  • Supporting testing of system configuration and processes.
  • Delivering country-specific or business unit-specific training occasionally.
  • Ensuring accuracy in own work and performs 4-eyes checks, suggesting improvements within own scope.
  • Updating work instructions and process/systems documentation if needed. Working with other colleagues and CoCs for process knowledge.
    Supporting execution of People Services projects.

Professional competencies:

  • Solid understanding of SuccessFactors or similar systems modules and HR processes.
    Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Personal competencies:

  • Stong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of processes, systems and data impacts.
  • Willingnes to work in international teams.
  • Working independently and showing your own initiative.
    Experience in working in complex structures.
