Prezentowanie ofert produktowych dopasowanych do potrzeb klientów
Obsługa zamówień przychodzących oraz codzienna komunikacja z klientami
Praca z leadami generowanymi przez zespół marketingu
Tworzenie i aktualizacja bazy danych w systemie CRM
Bieżąca analiza rynku
Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z klientami i dostawcami
Wymagania
Doświadczenie w sprzedaży
B2B
Bardzo dobra znajomość
języka angielskiego
oraz jednego z języków:
włoski / francuski / mandaryński
Umiejętność pracy operacyjnej typu hands-on
: negocjacje, upselling, zarządzanie kluczowymi klientami
Umiejętność skutecznej komunikacji i segmentacji klientów
Swoboda w pracy z danymi i wyciąganiu wniosków
Nastawienie na sprzedaż opartą o wypracowne procesy

Your responsibilities
Introduce product offers tailored to customer needs
Process incoming orders and manage daily customer interactions
Oversee leads generated by the marketing team
Create and maintain comprehensive customer records in the CRM system
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
What we expect from you
Experience in
B2B sales
Proficiency in
English
and one of the following languages:
Italian / French / Mandarin
Hands-on approach to sales: negotiations, upselling, Key Account Management
Strong communication skills and customer segmentation
Confidence in working with data and drawing conclusions
Process-oriented mindset with focus on consistent execution
