We are currently hiring a
People Technology Specialist
to be based in Poland, commuting distance to Lodz.
Your Mission At Epassi
As a People Technology Specialist you will work with defining, designing, implementing & governing global HR processes, structures & tools in close collaboration with other People specialists and business teams. You will be supporting the operational excellence of our wider People & Culture function & also act as the business contact for our HR technology vendors.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- To work primarily with the People Technology Lead as well as other HR collaboration partners across the organization to inspire, co-define and co-create best-in-class core employee lifecycle processes.
- To inspire our HR colleagues and people leaders to fully adopt tools, platforms and features that empower a more data-driven approach coupled with operational excellence.
- To be a key player in identifying innovative, efficient & experience-rich solutions as part of a continuous improvement mindset.
You'll Be Successful In This Role If You
- Support the digitization & excellence in employee lifecycle process engineering including but not limited to Hire Administration, Employee Moves, Leave of Absence, Exits, Changing Employment Terms and other smaller ad hoc employee change processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of People & Culture's needs using your experience, data, and user research and understand the opportunities as regards people analytics
What You'll Be Doing
- Actively participate in the governance of HR processes by ensuring smooth communication & adoption of processes & ways of working between global and local teams.
- Support in defining process actors, approval workflows in HR transactions & flows in HiBob and contributing to employee data integrity & compliance practices
- Work as the subject matter expert in HR data & technology tools (in data preparation, solution improvements & optimization tweaks)
- Answering & resolving queries related to our people technology tools & processes raised via our service management tools
- Act as a global subject matter expert and collaboration contact for colleagues working with other HR process areas (E.g Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards)
What You Should Bring
- An education in Human Resource Management or similar that would fit the role, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience of working with HR processes (such as Hire Administration, Employee Moves, Leave of Absence, Exits, Pre-boarding/Onboarding/Offboarding, Changing Employment Terms etc) preferably in a global context
- Experience from HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar global HRIS
- Good mastery of MS Excel (pivots, look-ups & more advanced features)
- Experience of identifying and analyzing stakeholder needs and translating those needs to efficient processes & technology solutions
Your Language Profile
- Great communication skills (both verbal & written) in English (C1) and one other european language is required
