Your role
As our Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor - connecting leadership with core financial operations to create impact beyond the skin. You will enable confident decision‑making through accurate forecasting, rigorous budgeting, and transparent performance tracking.

You will lead and coordinate planning cycles, provide tailored financial insights, and ensure that initiatives align with LEO Pharma's corporate purpose. By optimizing processes and resources, you help shape efficiencies that support our strategic priorities across functions.

In this role, you don't just track numbers - you drive value, build alignment, and contribute directly to LEO Pharma's mission of improving lives through innovation in Dermatology and Critical Care.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, insightful financial reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Lead annual budget and forecast cycles, ensuring timely delivery and corporate goal alignment.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate investment proposals and strategic business cases.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions where needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Beyond these key tasks, you will also provide ad hoc financial analysis, support cost optimization initiatives, and deliver targeted finance training to strengthen organizational financial acumen.

Your Qualifications
You are an experienced finance professional who thrives in senior, independent roles where analytical skills meet proactive stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in the role you have:

• Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance role.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Deep experience in forecasting, budgeting, and data consolidation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

You work well across complex stakeholder groups, bringing a proactive and analytical approach that turns insight into action.

Your new team
You will join our Support Finance team of three dynamic professionals based in Gdansk. As the central financial contact for LEO Pharma's Administrative functions — including Finance, Strategy, IT, and others - you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate budgets, cost realization, and proactive support for diverse stakeholders.
