The role of
RTR Accounting Professiona
l will be based in our
Krakow office
in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Performing day to day postings of the General Ledger entries assessing the completeness and accuracy of the financial data, including the intercompany invoices/credit notes.
  • Perform allocations, record accruals / provisions / prepayments.
  • Process the intercompany month-end transactions
  • Contribution for posting and reconciliations of fixed assets, supplier claims, VAT, banks, supervision of the sub ledgers reconciliations, net equity reconciliations between local – tax and group reporting, cash forecast.
  • Work with the RTR BPO to standardize the RTR activities.
  • Ensure the compliance with local, international financial regulations and Group standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance;
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in RTR area, if possible, within a SSC organization,
  • Fluency in English both written and oral;
  • Knowledge of other European languages especially German, French or Spanish will be a big plus;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Ability to communicate with the various stakeholders when addressing issues,
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to fast changing environment would be a plus,
