Shape the future of data in a truly international environment

Do you have experience in data management and want to play a key role in shaping data strategy on a global scale?

We are looking for an expert who will not only manage data operationally but also co-define the future of data governance, quality, and standardization. This is a strategic role with real impact on business decisions, digital transformation, and how data is used across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-creating and developing the Data Governance and Data Management strategy within the Operations area, in close collaboration with key functions.
  • Overseeing data quality, structure, and consistency to enable better decision-making, process automation, and the delivery of the digital strategy.
  • Designing and implementing standards for data maintenance, updates, quality, and development.
  • Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creating analyses, reports, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Initiating and driving improvements that shape the future of data management.

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Have a solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Management and can communicate these topics clearly and effectively.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience working with data (e.g., in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or BI).
  • Are skilled in designing and implementing data-related standards (e.g., for updates, validation, maintenance).
  • Have hands-on experience with SAP, including a good understanding of data structures and interdependencies.
  • Have experience with Snowflake, Azure, and Power BI.
  • Are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and in teams.
  • Speak English fluently (minimum B2) and are ready to work daily with global teams.
  • Are proficient in MS Office tools at an advanced level.
  • Hold a university degree in IT, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.

What we offer:

  • A real opportunity to influence the direction of transformation and digitalization within the organization.
  • Collaboration with experienced leaders and teams with a strong culture of cooperation.
  • Space to implement your own ideas and solutions — your experience matters.
  • Development opportunities in an international environment where knowledge sharing and best practices are valued.
  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Private medical care
  • Life insurance
  • Sports and wellbeing program
  • Employee pension plan
  • Social fund and additional benefits
