Mint Service Desk
is a modern IT Service Management (ITSM) platform created and developed in Poland, used by organizations around the world to manage IT services, assets, and internal processes.

We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
who will lead implementation and development projects for our dedicated IT solutions, working with both public and private sector clients.

If you're organized, communicative, and enjoy turning business needs into real, working solutions — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects – from requirements analysis to system delivery and maintenance.
  • Coordinate work between developers, analysts, and QA teams.
  • Communicate with clients and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor quality and compliance with ITSM standards.
  • Support tender preparation and analyze formal requirements (SWZ).

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in IT project management (preferably custom software projects).
  • Solid knowledge of
    ITSM standards and processes
    .
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • English level
    B2 or higher
    .

Nice to have:

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
    ,
    ITIL v4 Foundation
    , or
    Scrum Master
    certification.
  • Experience working with
    public sector IT projects
    or large organizations.
  • Ability to prepare or review project documentation aligned with tender requirements.
