Software Delivery Manager
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in international environments, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is passionate about ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of software projects while driving strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

Your role

  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of software projects across the region, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
  • Leading, coaching, and developing delivery teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for regional business units, ensuring early engagement in project scoping and commercial discussions
  • Managing resource allocation, staffing, and cross-team utilization; building pragmatic delivery setups for both large and small initiatives
  • Identifying capability gaps, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous professional growth within the teams
  • Coordinating with teams across Europe and APAC to ensure smooth cross-regional collaboration and delivery

Requirements

  • Strong experience in leading software project delivery in multi-country, matrixed organizational setups
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior business partners
  • Experience working with cross-functional and part-time delivery teams
  • Solid background in agile methodologies and pragmatic delivery approaches
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and of high quality
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate across locations
