Data ogłoszenia: 8 lis 2025Miasto: WarszawaKraj/region: PLRodzaj umowy: Umowa na czas nieokreślonyID zapotrzebowania rekrutacyjnego: 9793Supplier Relationship ManagerThe Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) position is responsible for leading a cross-functional team(s) to oversee various commercial manufacturing operations such as procurement, drug substance / API manufacturing, finished dose manufacturing, packaging, quality control testing, quality assurance and supply chain at our external Contract Manufacturing Organization(s). The role initiates, develops, and manages strategic supplier relationships in support of the External Manufacturing (ExM) organization in order to achieve Servier's business objectives. This requires knowledge of each defined functional area both internally and externally.Specific Responsibilities:CMO Relationship ManagementInterface with each CMO to address contractual obligations and all other routine issues/concerns involving the relationshipCoordinate and assist in communications with key functions to address commercial manufacturing needsAssist CMO with problem resolution and continuous improvement programs to ensure process robustness, assessing corrective measures and the success of their outcomeCoordinate routine Operational Review Meetings (ORM) / Joint Steering Committee (JSC) meetings with each CMO at defined frequenciesProgram ManagementLead a cross-functional team(s) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing, testing, batch release, and project implementation at our strategic partnersEffectively communicate and coordinate all critical activities to ensure objectives are understood and met by all stakeholdersMonitor operational performance across quality, cost, and delivery through the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reportingActively monitor all risks and issues and proactively address bottlenecks through detailed communication and risk mitigation by interfacing with project teams and Servier managementAddress personnel and supply risks/contingencies both internally and externallyContinuity of SupplyInterface with Supply Chain on a regular basis to keep abreast of critical market needs and prioritiesCommunicate with other functions as needed to address priorities and patient needsSkills / Experience Required:Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industryBS/MS in Scientific /Engineering field or >10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated project and program management capabilityExperience leading cross-functional, cross-continental teamsExcellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a high-performance cultureProven utilization of risk management processesAbility to manage and resolve conflictEffective communication with ability to influence others at every level without direct authorityDemonstrated tolerance for ambiguity and uncertaintyWell versed in EU and global regions cGMP complianceExperience managing budgets and procurement processes including statements of work (SOW), purchase orders, and invoicingPMP Certification desirablePosition is fully remoteApproximately 25% domestic and international travel is required to meet the needs of the businessNiezależnie od obszaru specjalizacji, Twoja praca w Grupie Servier przyczyni się do postępu terapeutycznego z korzyścią dla pacjentów.
