For over 3 years, we've successfully trained and placed Polish students in 6 IT professions. Now, we're excited to launch a new one - Performance Marketing Specialist 

We're looking for an experienced PPC / User Acquisition Expert to help us create and deliver a new Performance Marketing course in Poland - with a strong focus on real-world practice.

This part-time project can be easily combined with a full-time job (at least 10 flexible hours per week for 3–3.5 months).

We are also open to an ongoing collaboration for regular updates to our materials.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition
  • Hands-on work with key channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Affiliate and Influencer marketing
  • Experience in building and optimizing funnels, and managing key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
  • Confident use of analytics tools: GA4, GTM, BI dashboards
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to work as part of a team
  • Experience in recording educational videos, running a YouTube channel, or simply feeling comfortable on camera
  • Ability to communicate complicated issues with simple language
  • Passionate about teaching students and sharing knowledge
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+, Polish - native

What you'll be responsible for:

Recording video content in Polish for the following modules:

  • Digital Marketing Basics
  • Market research
  • Search Advertising in Google Ads
  • Google Display Network
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

* You will have all the necessary scripts and presentations to record videos.
* Our video editors will handle all the editing, ensuring your work is as fast and comfortable as possible.
