Role
We're hiring a Data Architect to design and implement enterprise-level data solutions for international clients. This role is fully remote within Poland and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects that involve high-volume data processing, cloud migrations, and analytics platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards and best practices.

  • Design scalable data models, pipelines, and storage systems to meet diverse client needs.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.

  • Drive data governance, quality, and security practices across projects.

  • Provide technical leadership in cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure).

  • Support solution architecture for proposals and client engagements.

Your Background

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing data warehouses, data lakes, and modern BI platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, etc.).

  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT) and big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka).

  • Solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements.

  • Strong communication and consulting skills; ability to engage with international stakeholders.
