As part of our Digital & Data Hub in Krakow, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support to assist in delivering innovative solutions and supporting transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in product ownership and change management, eager to learn and contribute to digital transformation projects across diverse industries.

You will work closely with senior product owners, program managers, and transformation leads to ensure smooth delivery of projects and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support for Product Owners Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and communication
• Reviewing IT Tickets Provide operational support and quality assurance for issue resolution
• Drafting Presentations & Communication Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Knowledge Base (KB) Management Create and update documentation to support knowledge sharing
• Agile Facilitation Lead selected Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) under guidance
• Program Support Assist AI Program Manager and Transformation PM with coordination tasks
• User Feedback Gathering Collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement

Here's what you'll need

• Basic understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with IT tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus

Nice to have

• Interest in AI technologies and digital transformation
• Experience in preparing presentations and documentation
