  • Technical Delivery Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage complex technical deliveries across multiple squads.

Secondary Skills:

  • Technical Background: Experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or systems integration.

  • Containerization: Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Certifications: Agile (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) certifications preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience contributing to operating model enhancements and delivery transformation initiatives.

Your daily tasks:

  • Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of technical features, from planning through deployment and post-release support.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Squad Leads to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Ensure technical coherence and compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across squads and tribes, escalating risks and blockers as needed.
  • Track delivery progress using Agile metrics and ensure transparency through regular reporting and governance.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with Scrum Masters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding technical delivery scope, timelines, and infrastructure-related matters.
  • Support squads in continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to the Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM).
