A great opportunity has arisen for a Regional Product Manager Poultry.  Lead marketing strategy and execution for poultry products, including digital initiatives, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Business Unit Director this role works collaboratively with Technical Team, Sales Team and other functions.  Join Us in Shaping the Future of Animal Health.

Key responsibilities:

Product and campaign management

• Delivering strategic and tactical marketing plans for the defined poultry product portfolio

• Development of advertising and promotional campaigns on time and within expenditure budgets

Digital marketing & project management

• Managing multiple digital marketing projects across the PBU Business Unit:

• Social media strategy and execution for the key platforms,

• Website management, including content development and acquisition activities

• Content development for digital platforms

• Managing and supporting existing and future digital projects across the business

Event and meeting management:

• Organization and managing the administration of internal and external local and international customer meetings and congresses, including  booking venues & hotels, liaising with event organizers, and managing stands, print materials, giveaways, incentives, display items, and other materials as required

• Preparation of materials for sales meetings  

• Attendance at sales meetings is required

Business support and administration:

• Working closely with sales Team to translate company strategy into filed activities and provide detailed market analysis

• Attendance at the meeting with the Customers

• Working closely with Technical Manager and BU Director to manage the approval of promotional materials

• Being a part of Center of Excellence to support the development and knowledge share across the region

• Preparation and execution of Marketing Budget

• Developing  and maintaining appropriate record keeping systems to ensure compliance with all relevant external guidelines, legislation and internal policies & procedures, including promotional material approval and tracking, Purchase Order management, contract management and promotional budget tracking

• Management of and participation in project groups as appropriate

What skills you will need:

• Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred

• Knowledge of digital and social media marketing techniques

• In-depth knowledge of the veterinary industry is an advantage

• Project management experience is desirable

• Excellent written & oral communication skills required

• Drive license cat. B
