Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Account Executive (Hardware & Software) based in Poland, with a strong focus on field presence and client visits.
This role involves regular
on-site visits to clients across the North-Central region of Poland
, so flexibility and mobility are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the
retail landscape
and a proven track record of managing and
growing client accounts
.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts. You will work closely with internal teams (marketing, support, product, etc.) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to support sales growth. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the success of long-term customer partnerships.
Main duties:
Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Architecting a comprehensive sales strategy
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion's solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
Develop a portfolio of customers by selling new solutions and services
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications
- 4/5 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales target
- We are looking for someone based North or central Poland, for instance in or near the following cities:
Warsaw, Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot, Łódź, Bydgoszcz/Toruń, Lublin
. - Proven experience selling
complex technical
hardware and software solutions
, preferably to B2B customers - Fluent polish and english is required
- In-depth knowledge of the
retail industry
and its current stakes is a big plus - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill
