Quality Specialist / QMS Lead (f/m/x)

Mars Snacking, Quality Department

Location: Poznań

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Food Industry or Quality roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, and quality & food safety management systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively, educate others on quality principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Strong risk management, auditing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders, demonstrating integrity and trust.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deploy and maintain QMP and FSSC 22000 standards across the factory, ensuring compliance and regular verification.

  • Organize and lead internal and external audits, providing clear communication and training for QMP internal auditors.

  • Manage local and regional CAPA processes, including validation, verification, and closure based on audit findings and incidents.

  • Oversee consumer and customer complaint investigations, analysis, trending, and resolution projects.

  • Promote and strengthen the Quality Culture by organizing events, engaging stakeholders, and developing quality training programs.
